КОМПЛЕКТУВАННЯ ЗБІРНИХ КОМАНД У ВОЛЕЙБОЛІ: МІЖНАРОДНИЙ ДОСВІД, ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ

Головним фактором, який забезпечує успіх у найважливіших міжнародних стартах у командних ігрових видах спорту, є ефективна система відбору збірних команд висококваліфікованими гравцями. Використання міжнародного досвіду щодо комплектування збірних команд у волейболі дасть змогу визначити сучасні тенденції відбору на основі формування стартового складу, віку та підготовленості гравців, критеріїв вибору тренерських кадрів.Мета – науково обґрунтувати сучасні підходи щодо комплектування збірних команд у волейболі на основі міжнародного досвіду в провідних країнах світу.Методи: аналіз, синтез та узагальнення даних спеціальної науково-методичної літератури; контент-аналіз документальних даних з відкритих для широкого загалу ресурсів мережі Інтернет; синтез отриманої наукової інформації; порівняльний аналіз.Результати. Аналіз сучасної науково-методичної літератури дав змогу визначити основні фактори, які впливають на ефективність комплектування збірних команд у волейболі, серед яких: універсальна підготовка, взаємозв’язок із клубною системою підготовки, особливості підготовки спортивного резерву, вік та імпорт натуралізованих гравців, застосування сучасних інноваційних технологій. Аналіз змагальної діяльності провідних волейболістів світу за результатами виступу в найважливіших міжнародних стартах (Олімпійські ігри, чемпіонати світу та Nation League) дав змогу встановити, що найвищий пік професійної діяльності – це період з 26 по 31 рік, що потрібно враховувати в довгостроковій перспективі комплектування збірних команд. Також наявна тенденція залучення до керування збірними командами іноземних висококваліфікованих тренерських кадрів, що набуло найвищого значення як у чоловічих збірних командах, так і в жіночих у 2025 році (62,5%), що свідчить про посилення тенденцій глобалізації.Висновки. Аналіз міжнародного досвіду щодо комплектування збірних команд у волейболі дав змогу визначити основні фактори та предиктори успішності виступу в офіційних міжнародних змаганнях та наявність системних змін у підготовці гравців з урахуванням загальносвітових трендів.
