Inclusivity is now a necessity, which yet remains a significant challenge in sports. Considering the crucial role of coaches in creating an inclusive sports environment, the present article examines the Canadian experience in developing organizational and methodological support as a means of training them on inclusivity issues and as a component of the informational and educational space in their preparation. Objective. A narrative review and systematization of relevant examples of organizational and methodological support for inclusivity in sports for Canadian coaches to create an open informational and educational space in training Ukrainian coaches. Methods. The data analysis and systematization of references, induction, deduction, comparison and contrast, system and logical analysis methods, synthesis, and generalization. Results. The first part of the study includes a narrative review of organizational prerequisites and methodological tools for training coaches in Canada in the context of inclusivity, systematizing and evaluating the relevant existing approaches. A distinctive feature of the organizational foundation for implementing inclusivity in Canadian sports is the interaction and collaboration among various organizations, which form alliances for the coordination of efforts, resource sharing, and experience exchange. One of the outcomes of their collaboration is the development of scientifically based methodological resources, predominantly educational and instructional materials, for training professionals in the sports sector. Drawing on Canada’s experience, the second part of the study highlights the importance of large-scale educational networks, collaboration, and knowledge building via remote access to resources, digital learning materials, and current research. The advantages of open educational resources are noteworthy. At the same time, the article points out cautions related to exclusive access to certain resources for members of the Coaching Association of Canada and potential financial constraints, which should be considered when adapting approaches.
