EXPERT EVALUATION OF THE STRUCTURAL-FUNCTIONAL MODEL OF ANTI-DOPING EDUCATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract. In the current context of anti-doping activity development, the importance of scientifically grounded approaches to the design and implementation of educational programs as a key tool for doping prevention in sport is increasing. The study presents an expert evaluation of the structural-functional model for the design and implementation of educational programs within the anti-doping system in Ukraine. The model encompasses key components of anti-doping education organization and is based on the principles of systemacity, comprehensiveness, and compliance with international standards. The aim of the study was the expert verification of the structural-functional model, in particular determining its scientific validity, practical feasibility, and implementation potential within the modern sports system of Ukraine. Materials and Methods. The object of evaluation was the structural-functional model for the design and implementation of educational programs in the anti-doping system. The study employed the method of expert evaluation involving specialists (n=12) in the field of anti-doping activity using an online questionnaire (Google Forms). Mathematical statistics methods (calculation of mean values and coefficient of variation), as well as generalization and interpretation of expert judgments, were used for data processing. The evaluation was carried out using a 5-point Likert scale according to the following criteria: scientific validity, logical consistency, content completeness, compliance with international standards and educational needs, practical feasibility, adaptability, and impact on the effectiveness of educational activities. Results. The obtained data indicate a high level of expert evaluation: the average score of the model was 4.89 out of 5, which confirms its compliance with current scientific and practical requirements of anti-doping education. The coefficient of variation did not exceed 10%, indicating the consistency of expert judgments and homogeneity of the evaluation results. The highest scores were obtained for the criteria of compliance with current needs of antidoping education and the potential to improve the effectiveness of educational programs (mean score – 5.00). Experts also highlighted systemacity, comprehensiveness, orientation toward different target groups, and compliance with international standards as key strengths of the model. Conclusions. The results of the expert evaluation confirm the high scientific and practical validity of the structural-functional model, its readiness for implementation, and its capacity to enhance the effectiveness of anti-doping education
